You can view all past orders in your account on Amazon by clicking on the “Orders” icon in the top right-hand corner of your account. This includes orders that have been paid, promotions that have been taken advantage of, and more. You can click on an individual order listing under Fulfillment Status to view more information about that specific order, including the items it contains, its estimated arrival date, and even its cost if you paid for shipping!Īn archived order is an order that was placed and then canceled by the customer. Click on the “Fulfillment Status” link again and you will be taken to a page that shows all of your orders which have been fulfilled by Amazon (i.e., they have been shipped out).You can also click on an individual order listing under Fulfillment Status and then click on “View Fulfillment Status Details” to view more information about that specific order, including the status of it being processed through Amazon for shipment, for example. Click on the “Fulfillment Status” link at the bottom of any order listing to see a list of all your orders which are still in progress, but not yet fulfilled by Amazon (i.e., they are still in either fulfillment or fulfillment-related tasks such as being processed or shipped out).You can also click on “Edit Order” to edit that order, and you can click on “ Cancel Order” if you no longer want to receive that item and want to cancel your order completely. Click on the “Order Details” link at the top of any order listing to view that order’s details page.This is an excellent resource for you if you have placed an order and want to change that order before it ships out! You should also note that this option is available even if you have already shipped an item by clicking on “View Fulfillment Status” under your orders. Click on “Manage Your Orders” again and you will be taken to a page that allows you to view, edit, or cancel any of your pending orders which are not yet fulfilled by Amazon.Click on the “Manage Your Orders” link at the bottom of any order listing to see options to edit that order or cancel it entirely.Additionally, you can click on the “My Orders” link below your account picture at the top of the page to view all your orders from all of your Amazon accounts.You can also search for your archived orders using the Search bar at the top of the page.Otherwise, if you have placed an order more than 30 days ago, there will not be any links available for viewing your orders at this point in time, but your orders are still saved by Amazon for future reference and can be viewed at any time by going back to the Orders section of your account. If you have placed an order within the last 30 days, there will be a “View Order Details” link at the top of the page which will take you directly to that order’s details page.Click on Orders and you will be taken to a page displaying all your archived orders which you have made at Amazon before.You will be taken to the “My Account” page. Go to the Amazon home page and click on Orders.This can be a little tricky at first, but with a little persistence and a few trial and error tests, you’ll soon be able to view your past orders on Amazon.
